It has been shown that the risk of cancer decreases to 31% by drinking a few cups of tea a day and citrus consumption can decrease the risk of ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is a type of cancer in women. The most common type of ovarian cancer is epithelial ovarian carcinoma and cancer begins in the ovarian layer. According to studies, consuming foods containing flavonol and flavonone substances found in citrus fruit juices and tea has shown that the most common forms of death in women reduce the risk of epithelial ovarian cancer.
Women must consume tea and orange juice
It has been observed that women who consume foods containing flavonoids (flavonol and flavonone) have a low risk of ovarian cancer compared to other women. Experts explained that flavonoid-containing foods were 31% in tea and 54% in orange juice. The results of the study showed that the participants who received high amounts of flavonol and flavonone had lower risk of epithelial ovarian cancer than the smaller amount of areas.
